We love Austin.
Love is too weak a word, though.  We lurve Austin, we loave it, we luff it, two f's, yes...  (ahem Annie Hall)

Anyway, we had a great time here.  It's been added to our list of cities-we-might-someday-inhabit:

On Saturday we took a swim in the freezing-cold Barton Springs pool for relief from the 107-degree (!) heat.  The bottom photo is from the Barton Springs website, and it shows the entire 3 acres of chilly spring-fed water which make up the pool:
