There really are no words; the two and a half hour wait was worth every minute. Curried lamb skewers with mango chutney, dancing tuna roll, sushi fondu, marinated baby portabella mushroom toast, fried goat cheese toast, hamachi with jalapeno, fried foie gras meatballs, popcorn buttercream cupcakes, and the star of the evening:
